Ticker: Tiger Woods' Nike 'winning' ad raises a few eyebrows

After suffering through several years of misery and ignominy, it's like old times for Tiger Woods. It's worth pondering Tiger's comeback, and who's primarily responsible for it. As far as I can see, there are five candidates:
